Haven't posted any fight stuff in a while but I'm always training!! Like Jiu-Jitsu here we drill short combos so when your in the flow your transitions are smoother from one technique to the next.
First combo is my front and back strikes to warm up. Next combo is side to side strike to low hook, high hook. 3rd combo I add some elbows. Last I work on my under the armpit backhand strike..
Sound is all goofed up so no sound I dropped the phone in the tub🤦♂️... but check this out.. New phone coming tomorrow:)🙏🥊🥋
