Happy September! 😍

After months of balancing, lunging, planking, jumping, hanging, and carrying, we're switching gears for September. This month's Mini Movement Challenge is Viparita Karani—or "Legs-Up-the-Wall."

And yes, we're officially challenging you to put your feet up!

Spend at least 1 minute each day with your legs up the wall. One minute is the goal, but we encourage you to stay longer if it feels good. This position can be incredibly relaxing and restorative, so give yourself permission to hang out there for a while.

But before you put your feet up, make sure you sign up for the challenge the next time you are in our Wellness Center. 😉

Now go put your feet up—you've officially been told to do so. 😄

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Senior Seminar!
Jess Wiley and Hannah Bower did an amazing job of informing our community about nutrition advice and low back health.
We had some wonderful questions from the particpants and are so grateful for their presence.
Don't miss Hannah's Low Back Health class on Thursdays at 9:30 AM upstairs in our Cardio/Strength studio. Class starts on September 10.
