Our September schedule!

Yoga continues every Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Full and New Moon Sound Baths that follow the moon's schedule. This month-we'll also have a Fall Equinox Ceremony which includes gentle movement and sound from the singing bowls.

We'll see you at the Studio!
