2 years ago today. Just us ♥️. We could have never imagined how hard those next two years would be, and how grateful we are to have had each other 🫶🏻. The depths of loss that we have both experienced separately, and together, is something I wouldn’t want anyone to go through in such a short time.

I am grateful for the way you lead our collective family, through even the hardest of times. I am grateful for your unwavering support in all that I choose to do and for being there for me on the hardest, most emotionally challenging days. I am grateful for the life we live and our ability to help others. I am grateful for hiking, biking, golfing, rafting, boating, dancing and sunset chasing together. I am grateful for our travels to places I never knew I would see. Mostly, I am simply grateful for you in the most mundane daily ways.

I pray, and have deep faith in, the next two years bringing more peace and more joy. And that our thermostat preferences come closer together 🤣, because 🥶.

Let’s continue to adventure, challenge each other and keep becoming the best versions of ourselves daily.

You might not be feeling the effects of EMF (YET), but that does not mean it isn’t affecting you and your loved ones.

We are surrounded by layers upon layers of EMF in our cities, homes, schools, smart cars, planes, hotels…you name it.

Some (life myself), feel the effects more quickly, partly due to our DNA which effects our detox pathways, AND also depending on everyday environment.

We can’t escape it, but we CAN mitigate its biological effects.

Most EMF info online makes it sound like EMF is something being pointed at you. Like a flashlight: one source, one direction, one effect.

That’s not modern EMF.

Modern EMF is layered: WiFi, cellular, Bluetooth, satellites, power lines — overlapping in the same space.

And it’s constantly moving. Signals connect, disconnect, reflect, reroute, retransmit. The environment never settles into one clean pattern.

That’s why EMF meters create confusion. They measure strength in one spot, but modern environments are defined by behavior: stability, variability, and coherence.
Now add biology: your body is a signaling system. Clear signaling matters. When the environment becomes unpredictable, the cost shows up as effort — more correction and compensation happening in the background.

This is why blocking was never the solution. In layered spaces, blocking often redirects energy and fragments the environment further.
