We’re excited to kick off the 2026 Fall Season at St. Cloud Little League! With space for approximately 600 players, we anticipate another great turnout. Once divisions are full, a waitlist will be available.
Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:
💸 Registration Fee
$120 per player
🗓️ Season Dates
• Practices may begin as early as August 14
• Opening Ceremonies, Friday, Sept 11
• Opening Day, Saturday, September 12
⚾ Baseball Divisions
(League age is your player’s age as of 8/31/2027)
• Tee Ball – Ages 4 & 5
• Coach Pitch Baseball – Ages 6 & 7
• Minor Baseball – Ages 8 & 9 (and first-time 10-year-olds)
• Major Baseball – Ages 10, 11 & 12
• Junior Baseball – Ages 13, 14 & 15
🥎 Softball Divisions
(League age is your player’s age as of 12/31/2026)
• Coach Pitch Softball – Ages 5, 6 & 7
• Minor Softball – Ages 8 & 9
• Major Softball – Ages 10, 11 & 12
• Junior Softball – Ages 13, 14 & 15

Makeup games may be scheduled:
• Monday evenings (for divisions that do not already play on Mondays)
• Wednesdays
• Saturdays
❓Coach Requests
While we make every effort to honor coach requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Beginning this season, each team manager may select up to four (4) requested players for their team, including their own child. Once those selections have been made, all remaining players will be assigned to teams through the league’s player placement process to maintain balanced rosters.
Coach requests may not be honored if:
• The manager has already filled their four requested player selections.
• The requested coach changes divisions or is not managing this season.
• The request cannot be accommodated while maintaining balanced teams.
🏃♂️ When Are Practices?
Practice days and times are determined by each team manager. Practice schedules will be communicated after teams have been formed.
🧢 What Does My Player Need?
Required:
• Glove
• Bat
• Helmet
Shoes:
• Tennis shoes are acceptable for younger divisions.
• Cleats are recommended for Minor divisions and above.
Uniforms:
• Jerseys, hats, and socks are provided by the league.
