It’s been almost 2 months since show day 🥹

This reverse has been humbling.

It’s another mental hurdle currently being conquered.

But once again, I’m proud of myself for DOING what I SAID I would do.

Dolores was born out of an idea sparked in the creative side of my brain. Sometimes she makes an appearance here to help me get a message across.

I was told once that if I wanted to be taken serious as a professional I had to stop looking silly.

Well, God has allowed my business to thrive all while being my authentic self. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I’ll continue to move forward… some days I’m Dolores, other days I’m an educator/coach, other days I’m coming at ya with data. 📊

The point is that we can’t allow people to put us in boxes. Embrace your uniqueness, shine and give Him all the glory!✨

THIS is an honor!♥️

Training the two people who taught me how to walk, how to swim, how to ride my bike, how to live🥲 (my parents)

Having them here every 5am fills my heart. But it also brings me peace. Movement is medicine (both for the body and for the mind).

Physically, this improves strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. But did you also know that exercise can ease the pain of arthritic joints and increase mobility? Regular exercise helps maintain healthy blood sugar and lipid levels as we age and helps us maintain a healthy body fat level. Regular exercise will help your aging parent get better quality and quantity of sleep.

Mentally, regular exercise has been shown to improve mood, even decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms as effectively as medications do in some individuals. Aerobic exercise improves memory and executive function such as planning and problem solving.
