Last Saturday we had our first ladies-only jiu-jitsu class at , sharing our mats with 15 women from 3 different Academies!

Coach and Professor .dean.75 , visiting from BTT Melbourne, taught their favorite chokes, we drilled, we laughed, we rolled and, (wait for it...)

We're doing it again November 16th! Come join us!

Come join us!

We'll be working our submission escapes all week, in addition to continuing our anti-bullying class for kids (Wednesday) and offering our very first Women's Only Class on Saturday morning.

All classes are normal schedule this week, Professor Tim's Saturday Comp Class follows the Women's Class, and Open Mat happens 10-Noon on Sunday.

Good news Ladies! On Saturday October 26th, we'll be hosting our very first Women's BJJ Class!

Our very own Coach Juliana will be teaching, and we'd love it if you'd come join us!

This class is entirely free and open to Ladies of any age, any skill level and any affiliation.
