Even a torn calf can’t stop opportunity to grow! 💪 I’m thankful for the perseverance martial arts has built in me, and even more thankful for our amazing AITKD leadership team and students and families who have stepped up to keep classes running strong. This season is a reminder that martial arts is not just about kicks and punches—it’s about character, resilience, and community.

I’m on the mend, smiling through it, and so proud of our students and instructors who continue to shine on the mats. God is good, and AITKD is thriving!
