The question we hear most from adults before they try a class: “What am I signing up for?” 🥋

Here’s the honest answer. No long-term contracts, no down payment, no hidden fees, and no paying for belt tests. Show up, train, and stay because you like it here.

We're a family. We're a team. We look after each other.

Straight from one of our members. 🧡

Some kids are planning their Halloween costume. Ours are planning their grips. 🎃

NAGA Houston is Saturday 10/31. Every correction in this video was training for that day.

Good luck, team. We're proud of you already. 🧡

Never thrown a punch before? Perfect. 🥊

Nobody walks in knowing how. A coach is right there with you, showing you how.

Every pace is okay here. 🥋

Nelly and Michaela, on what it's really like to train here. 🥋
Coaches who explain it again (and again). Teammates who look out for you. And a lot less getting crushed than you'd think.

Jeremiah Breaks It Down, episode 2. 🥋

Part 2 of turtle attacks. Your partner is still turtled up, here’s the next way in.

Save this for your next roll. 📌

Coach vs. coach. Husband vs. wife. 😂
Coach Krystal and Professor Jeremiah, mid-class, not taking it too seriously.

Walking in and seeing this on day one? Yeah, it looks intense. 😄

Every person on this mat had a first day too. None of us knew anything at one point.

Every pace is okay here. 🥋

10/17/2026

A good training partner is: the person who pushes you hard the whole round, then makes sure you're good after. Nobody here gets better alone.

Family. Friends. The people you spend time with on the mat. That's Odyssey. 🥋

10/15/2026

Worried the experienced guys will go too hard on you?

This is how technical rounds end at Odyssey. 😄

Good training partners are everything. Our experienced people take really good care of the new people.
And each other.
