Belt promotion!! ๐Ÿ‘
In progress doesnโ€™t happen overnight.

Itโ€™s built one class at a time,
one round at a time,
one lesson at a time.
Every stripe earned represents commitment, resilience, and the decision to keep showing up even when the journey gets hard.

This Grey white belt promotion recognizes understanding of the fundamental techniques AND it reflects growth in mindset, discipline, and character.

This little lady is Learning how to defend herself in a fight but she's also learning
How to help newer students, how to lead by example and how to work for goals individually while being a part of a team. ๐Ÿ˜

We couldn't be prouder!
We know she will continue learning with humility as she perfects more techniques but will also see that belts and stripes are symbols and that what truly matters is the person we are and the person we are becoming as we strive for mastery. On the

An is not just a climb upward โ€” itโ€™s a long voyage.
With Martial arts we face dangers in competition, temptation to give up and quit training completely,
We experience the transformation of our minds bodies and spirits as we compete and emerge victorious, compete and face the pain of loss and defeat.
On the we each face our own individual setbacks and challenges but thankfully we meet life long friends and companions dedicated to self mastery as well
in the form of jiujitsu and mixedmartialarts competition and daily training.
We are all on our own individual journeys
But its made that much easier as we share the roads and paths with our training partners and friends. and leveled up together last night and I know they will be pushing each other and everyone else on the mats to better themselves and work towards becoming the best version of themselves.

Mat time is the most critical factor in developing functional self-defense skills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and the ability to control a resisting opponent.
It's been great seeing
Carlos develops his skills on the mat.
He's committed to training and building real world competence.
He's pressure tested and committed to the combat arts so he can deal with any and every scenario.
