Saturday we did Parent/Kid class, Street Clothes Edition!

There’s something special about training alongside your kids. ❤️🥋

When parents step onto the mats with their children, they’re doing more than learning jiu-jitsu together. They’re showing them what it means to try something new, work hard, face challenges, and never give up.

Your kids get to see you struggle, learn, grow, and celebrate the little victories right alongside them. You’re building confidence, strengthening your bond, and creating memories that last far beyond the mats.

Don't just tell your kids to be strong, brave, and hardworking. Show them!

Train together. Grow together. Become stronger together.

🥋 Join us at Renzo Gracie Spring Hill!
