Praise Wellness has never been about fitting into one box. We’re not just a yoga studio. We’re not just a spa. We’re creating an all-encompassing wellness space designed to support your mind, body, and soul.

And now, we’re adding another piece to that experience: the Praise Wellness Fitness Room. 💪

Here is our vision for the space. ✨
Think strength training, cardio, and functional movement, with equipment that gives you even more ways to move your body and get stronger.

✨ Free weights + strength equipment

✨ Space for functional movement
✨ Everything you need to build strength at your own pace

If you’ve been thinking about becoming a Praise Wellness member or upgrading to unlimited, now is the time. 🤍

Beginning October 1st, we’ll be introducing new membership options and pricing.

Most importantly, we want to honor those of you who have been on this journey with us. All current memberships will automatically roll over into Founding Memberships. ✨

That means you can keep the membership and rate you currently have forever, even if our prices increase again in the future.

A quick note for our 444 and 777 members: you are absolutely welcome to stay on your current membership and keep your Founding Member rate for as long as your membership remains active. These memberships will continue to include class access as they do now, but will not include access to the Praise Wellness fitness area. Fitness area access will be included with PW Unlimited, PW Student, and PW Healer memberships.

If you cancel your Founding Membership at any time, that membership and rate will no longer be available. If you decide to come back, you’ll enroll at whatever our current membership pricing is at that time. The same applies to upgrades, the current memberships will no longer exist.

If you upgrade AFTER October 1st, you’ll upgrade at our new rates.

PW Starter | $77/month
4 classes per month

PW Unlimited | $133/month
Unlimited classes + fitness area access

PW Student | $67/month
Unlimited classes + fitness area access
Ages 13–23 with a valid student ID

PW Healer | $111/month
Unlimited classes + fitness area access
For teachers, nurses, veterans, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics + other eligible first responders

✨ Our current $111 Unlimited Membership is our BEST offer. Join or upgrade before October 1st and lock in unlimited classes + fitness area access for $111/month for as long as you keep your membership active.

WE ARE CLOSING THE DOORS TO 131 MAIN STREET…

Because Praise Wellness is moving to a NEW HOME. 🤍

What started as a little dream has become something so much bigger than we ever could have imagined.

These walls have held so much. So many classes, conversations, laughs, tears, breakthroughs, friendships, first classes, 100th classes, and everything in between.

But Praise Wellness has never been about four walls. It has always been about the people inside of them.

Every class you’ve taken, every friend you’ve brought, every post you’ve shared, every appointment you’ve booked, every time you’ve chosen to show up for yourself and for this community has brought us here.

We are so incredibly grateful for the community we’ve created together, and we cannot wait to show you what we’ve been working on. 🤍
