Important information for the first Kalon Cross, opening day for NECX. We appreciate you coming out to the race. We have a great venue and course for your enjoyment. A few things to keep in mind.
Parking: Parking is only in the field to the right as you enter the venue (in the grassy area). We need to leave the area in front of the store open for their customers.
Registration: Registration is located conveniently by the team tents. Everything is centralized in one location so moving around will be super easy.
Pre-ride: Only pre-ride the course during the designated times between races. Also, please do not ride across the street at the Fairgrounds. We need to be respectful of our partners for Midnight Ride on 9/22.
Pits and Neutral Support: The Pits are conveniently located right by the team tent area and finish line. We will have neutral support by Mark available as well.
Kalon Farms Store: The Kalon Farms store has a tremendous selection of meats, pickled goods, jams and jellies, flavored oils, and other goodies. Make sure you check out their selection!
Water: There is water available for purchase at the venue through Kalon Farms store. There are no water fountains, so bring water if you don't plan on buying any.
Adult Beverages: There will be adult beverages for sale in the bar area that overlooks the course. Hang out after your race, sit on the deck, and watch the race.
Food truck: We will have a food truck on site. There is also plenty of food to buy from the store.
Volunteer: We need some folks to course marshall and course repair. Go to the Registration area to volunteer, hang out, and help out.
