Sorry for the very last minute post! Please join us tonight (5/21) at 6:30PM @ the SHS track for our weekly group run! It’s a beautiful day to get out and get some miles in!

We also had a great time at the Blazin’ Battle Against Brain Cancer 10K, the 3rd race of the ! Lots of new aspects wearing Team A.S.S. gear with us this weekend! Great job to everyone who competed and conquered those hills in the heat!

Week 62 was a busy one for us! On Sunday we took on the Clamdigger 5 Miler in Westerly hosted by the 👌. We saw some great performances there and the chowder was delicious. Thanks for hosting a great race WTC!

On monday we got to support our very own and conquer the mighty Boston Marathon! We're so proud of them 😁💪🍑
