Join us tonight for our weekly A.S.S. group run/jog/walk at 6:30PM @ the SHS track! Please wear/bring your A.S.S. singlets for content tonight! Here are a few more friendly reminders:

2) Nassaney 5K @ Bryant University on Saturday, September 12th! Race goes off @ 8:00AM. LINK in story

3) The last race of the Rhode Island Grand Prix is the Amica Newport Half Marathon on Sunday, October 11th. LINK in story

We're so excited we got to unveil our new uniforms this Sunday at the Bobby Doyle Summer Classic 😊 With record turnout too! Congrats to everyone who competed in those wonderful summer conditions!👏

We have around 12 shirts left in medium and large. Direct message if you are interested!

We'll keep the momentum going this week so we hope to see everyone tonight at 6:30pm at Smithfield High School! All are welcome 😁

Join us tonight (8/6) for our weekly group run/walk/jog at 6:30PM at SHS! We’ve got some exciting gear announcements to make so you don’t want to miss it!

Also this Sunday (8/9) is the 6th race in the 2026 Rhode Island Grand Prix - be sure to sign up and we can’t wait to see you all down there! We’ll be pulling up to this Grand Prix race in our new swag 😉

We took a break from our regular routine last week to hang out at PC with some of the other wonderful run clubs of Rhode Island! Relays in the rain brought out the best in everyone.

We had some fun last week! From ice cream on Thursday to running Friday during the Blessing of the Fleet 10 miler on an absolutely gorgeous night in Narragansett.

On that note, we're keeping the fun going by running at a different location this Thursday! Join us for a night of fun at Providence college with Fundati Run Club ☕️🏃‍♀️ for some casual running followed by some speed. See their page for details and we'll see you in Providence at 6:30!
