K-BOX Beast Mode KBOX was established in 1997 by Rui Rodrigues offering cardio kickboxing and bag classes. Currently masks are not required. First class is always FREE!

Today we have expanded into circuit training as well in a blacklight setting offering a difficult yet fun workout guaranteed to motivate and keep you moving! The ultimate and original kickboxing & cardio workout that burns up to 800 calories per hour since 1997! KBOX offers a rotating workout schedule so you’ll never get bored and will keep your body and muscle groups always surprised! We have wor

ked with hundreds of people in the smithfield area and have a great reputation for being a one of a kind workout you won’t find anywhere else! (With COVID we follow all regulations and a strict cleaning regiment before and after all classes. We offer a 6-10 foot distance between all workout stations/members with sanitized equipment. Classes are by reservation only with a maximum capacity of 14 people per class. Contact through messenger or phone for more information!
