You may be hearing alot about GLP-1 peptides & micro-dosing for optimal health and aesthetics.

So what should you know from us at ONE Strong?

We are not doctors, nor are we in any position to give medical advice, however, what we do understand from the medical research is that strength training must be a priority in your overall fitness regimen when taking a GLP-1.

Let’s break this down clearly 👇

🙌 When you lose weight—on ANY method—you lose a mix of:

• Fat
• Muscle
• Water and other lean tissues

With GLP-1 medications, studies show approximately 15-40% of total weight loss may be lean mass‼️

Here is what you need to understand:

💪🏻 That ratio improves with resistance training and proper nutrition.

So, if you are taking a GLP-1, you should definitely consider buildng our Let’s Lift classes into your weekly training OR consider Private & Semi Private training.
