New boxers that say "train smarter not harder" ain't nothing but food for the old dogs like this and they get exposed. We still make 'em old school at the 15th Round. And that's why we're the "bad guys." Train harder.

"There are no shortcuts in a boxing gym. You can fool the cameras, you can fool the reporters, and you can even fool yourself into thinking you're in shape, but the gym will always expose the truth. I used to chop wood for hours, hit the heavy bag until my fists bled, and spar fifteen rounds with fresh guys coming in every three rounds to push me past my limits. You have to train until your body is completely numb, until your lungs feel like they are filled with fire, and you keep going anyway. 15th round goes 2-0 at another amazing event. Analie is now 2-0 and Madut 10-2. Very proud of these warriors. Back to the lab we go.

Arnold "Harlem" Gonzalez has a vast amateur background (Silver Medal in the Olympic Qualifiers) and fought on PBC and Top Rank numerous times in his successful career! He is a WBA Fecarbox and UBO Intercontinental Champion and coming off a close lose to Emiliano Moreno (13-1) on Zuffa 9.
