Our 1st ComEd class of the Summer, actually it was the first class on the water! So grateful to have this practice and for everyone who joined in! We had fun at the end playing in different poses!

Every Tuesday we offer classes through make sure you check their schedule for class style and time!

Don’t forget we have our classes we offer through the Sioux Falls Community Education Program (ComEd) and we have our first SUP Yoga class Tuesday June 2nd at 7pm.

Here’s the link how to sign up for those specific classes that are held on Tuesdays at 7pm and some youth classes at 1pm during the summer! We offer SUP 101 for Adults amd Youth plus SUP Yoga!

BREAKING: South Dakota officials have confirmed I-90 is no longer a highway — it’s now a full-contact endurance event with occasional scenic views. 😭🌾🚗

Drivers crossing the state today are reportedly dealing with:
• 40 mph crosswinds trying to relocate entire pickup trucks into Minnesota
• campers doing 58 in the left lane while forming a 9-mile emotional support convoy
• construction zones appearing every 12 minutes like random boss battles
• and at least one tourist discovering that “wide open roads” still somehow involve traffic. 💀

Meanwhile across western South Dakota:
🌪️ tumbleweeds are achieving escape velocity
🦬 bison are causing backups because nobody can resist stopping for photos
🌧️ one tiny rainstorm turned the interstate into a synchronized hydroplaning competition
⛽ and every gas station from Wall to Mitchell is selling beef jerky, fireworks, and mysterious coffee labeled simply “HOT.” 😭

Witnesses say one lifelong South Dakotan looked directly at a dust storm near Chamberlain and calmly said:
“Could be worse. At least the wind ain’t bad today.” 💀

Only in South Dakota can a “quick drive across the state” become:
• 7 straight hours of prairie
• 4 debates about stopping at Wall Drug
• 2 near-death merge attempts from a lifted Dodge Ram
• and one spiritual awakening somewhere between Sioux Falls and Rapid City. 🌾🚘
