Finished up the handle on this carving knife. This one is SureTouch, which is alternating fiberglass and rubber, making for a nice grip when using it!

A new model carving knife in Nitro-V Stainless Steel! My oven got it up to the right temperature.

This is the difference between high-carbon steel and Nitro-V Stainless Steel. This steel has to be air-quenched in between aluminum plates and rapidly cooled using compressed air!

Using my to heat-treat another high-carbon Serbian Cleaver. I am going for the rustic look on this one again and am excited so far! Stay tuned and have a great weekend!
