CrossFit SBC CrossFit SBC is an official CrossFit affiliate located in Shreveport, Louisana. We have the only Coached Olympic Lifting program in the region.

We are a strength & conditioning facility utilizing the methodologies of CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and other high performance systems of training. We cater programs for all ages (kids, adults, seniors) and all levels of fitness from the couch-level beginner to advanced competitors. It’s official!! Congratulations to our very own Ken Sanders () for qualifying for the 2026 Masters CrossFit Games (60-64)!

We are incredibly proud of you and all the hard work you’ve put in to reach this level!

We’d like to send Ken off with a special event later this summer — stay tuned for more details.

With the halfway point of the year fast approaching and summer fun kicking off, we wanted to take a moment to encourage everyone with a few tips on how to stay on track with their 2026 fitness goals through this busy season!

1) Plan out your workouts ahead of time
-Create a weekly schedule and plan out what days/times you will prioritize working out that week. It may be with us at one of our class times or it may even be a quick run. Either way scheduling out your fitness helps create room in your schedule to get it done!

2) Hydrate
-Stay on top of your fluid intake by filling up and carrying a water bottle. Throughout your day aim to drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water as a baseline. Some adults may need more and some less but staying up on your hydration will help maximize your workouts when it comes time.

3) Invite a friend
-One of the best parts about working out in class is that you will never be working out alone! However, every now and then it can be fun to grab a friend and have them tag along! This brings a new level of excitement to your workout and acts a
planned social outing. Making your workouts more fun helps encourage you to stick with them!

Our classes provide everything you need from the workout to the coaching. All you need to do is find ways to be consistent and get to the gym!
We want you to enjoy your summer! Take those family vacations and go relax by the pool. But we also want to help you stick with your fitness goals through this busy season. Hopefully some of these tips can help!

Today and everyday… we remember.

All gave some. Some gave all.

Thank you to all those who have served and are still serving our country.

We could not celebrate this weekend without your sacrifice.

The Murph Challenge gives us an opportunity to stop and reflect on how blessed we are to live in this great nation. May we never take that for granted.

This year we had just shy of 100 people come out to complete this annual workout. It is no easy task and each of them stepped up to the challenge. Ultimately this is why CrossFit SBC exists. To bring people together in community around a common goal. Nothing was more evident than what was put on display this morning.

Thanks to everyone who helped with setup and cleanup. We could not do things like this without your help!

We are proud of each of these gentlemen and their hard work!! They have made a lifelong commitment to prioritizing health and fitness to get to this point. Thank you for being an amazing representation of our gym.

The methodology continues to prove that fitness doesn’t have an age. All it takes is consistency, hard work, and a coachable attitude!

Thank you to all our members for supporting these guys through the weekend. It takes a team to help with loading weights, moving equipment, measuring distances, and all the other things to make this weekend go smooth. Thank you!

Special shout out to for his expertise with judging over the weekend. Such an awesome advantage to have your experience and leadership.
