If you’ve spent any time around 643 Training, you’ve probably already seen Coach Aubrey working with our athletes and investing in the next generation. Today, we’re excited to officially introduce Coach Aubrey Hermes!
Coach Aubrey is a baseball instructor with a deep passion for the baseball swing and an even greater passion for investing in young athletes. He believes baseball is about much more than just developing skills—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and character that lasts far beyond the game.
A four-year starter at Calvary Baptist Academy, Aubrey played a key role in helping lead the Cavaliers to the 2022 State Championship. During his baseball career, he earned All-State honors twice and, as a junior in 2023, broke Calvary’s single-season hit record with an incredible 70 hits.
Aubrey was also a standout football player at Calvary, where he was a four-year starter, won two state championships, earned All-State honors three times, and finished as the school’s all-time leader in career receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.
Following high school, Aubrey continued his athletic career at Louisiana Tech University, where he competed in football while continuing to grow as both an athlete and leader.
As an instructor, Aubrey is passionate about teaching the details of the baseball swing, helping hitters develop a consistent approach at the plate, and giving athletes the confidence to compete at a high level. His energy, knowledge, and genuine care for each player make him an incredible addition to the 643 Training family.
