10 Shoulder Presses- Delts, Triceps, Core
Keep core braced; press with control

10 Bicep Curls: Biceps, Forearms
No swinging—strict form for max gain

10 Alt. Roundhouse Kicks (Bag)
Obliques, Glutes, Cardio
Pivot that back foot, snap the hip!

10 Standing Squats

Chest up, drive through heels
