Monday and Tuesday
2nd Grade and below - 6:30-7:15
3rd Grade and above - 7:25-8:30

Practices for the second half of the season will start January 12th. Kids in second grade or lower will practice from 6:30-7:15 and 3rd grade and above will be from 7:25-8:30. Again practices will be Mondays and Tuesdays.

Hey all -

I know I had discussed a break between now and January 12th. After discussions I would love to open up an hour a week to come drill (no live wrestling) on Mondays. Again, we want to open to practice over the next weeks for Mondays at 6:45 for an hour. In lieu of live wrestling we will working to ‘flow’ wrestling. Here is the outline for the next weeks:

1 - throwing practice
2 - leg attacks
3 - top
4 - bottom
