It's almost time!! The Annual Thanksgiving Workout!!
Instructions: For everything you eat during your Thanksgiving meal, you need to perform the specified exercise. If you have multiple servings of a certain food, add another set of that exercise. If you have food that isn't on the list, pick an item on the list that most closely matches it. If you can't do a specific exercise, try to find a way to alter it to make it easier/safer (example: knee pushups).
