It's almost time!! The Annual Thanksgiving Workout!!

Instructions: For everything you eat during your Thanksgiving meal, you need to perform the specified exercise. If you have multiple servings of a certain food, add another set of that exercise. If you have food that isn't on the list, pick an item on the list that most closely matches it. If you can't do a specific exercise, try to find a way to alter it to make it easier/safer (example: knee pushups).

AFTER you have finished, post a pic or small video and your full workout in the comments! You can also share this with the tag .

Note: If you eat NOTHING... you must do EVERYTHING! 🙂

Reminder to all competing at the Friendship Tournament tomorrow (May 31st):

Location: American Falls High School
2966 S Frontage Rd, American Falls, ID 83211

Check-in starts at 9 am! Official's meeting at 9:30. Tournament begins at 10:30.

Come in full uniform with all necessary gear. Enjoy the experience, give your best, and enjoy the journey!

We have a venue change for the Idaho Friendship Tournament on the 31st! This location gives us much more space. The new location:

American Falls High School
2966 S Frontage Rd
American Falls, ID 83211

PLEASE BE AWARE:
If there is rain on Friday the 30th, we will hold the tournament at the original venue, JR Simplot Intermediary School, as the high school will need their gym for graduation.

We will keep everyone posted as needed!

Registration is now open for AAU TKD Utah Championship for ALL ages and ALL ranks!!

This is the closest National Qualifying tournament for us. As Nationals are held in Utah this year, all students are heavily encouraged to compete and enjoy learning and growing through competition.

Most years, going to a national level tournament requires extensive travel. Take advantage of the opportunity while it is closer!

Happy New Year to all!

For those who don't know, I have committed to doing 100 pushups every day all year (on top of my normal workouts) to accomplish the 36,500 Pushups Achievement .

Although goals like this can be awesome, did you know that you DON'T have to create super lofty goals in order to grow and improve yourself?

Can you achieve success and improvement even if you forget a day or are less than the perfect?

The answer is YES!

Setting a goal and striving for it will still yield results, even if you "fail" by coming short of the mark you set for yourself. The most important thing is to be okay with imperfections and not give up.

Count the days you SUCCEED, not the days you fail!
