Part 2: What a weekend at Endless Dance Competition!

To say the schedule was crazy would be an understatement… we somehow ended up running almost 2 hours ahead every single day. 🫠😅 While it definitely kept us on our toes, our dancers, parents, and staff handled it like champs!

Even with the chaos, we made it through together and created some great memories along the way. From cheering each other on to making the most of our unexpected downtime, there was never a dull moment. ❤️

We are so proud of our dancers for staying positive, flexible, and ready to perform no matter what was thrown their way. Thank you to all of our amazing dance families for rolling with the changes and supporting one another all weekend long.

What a weekend at Endless Dance Competition!

Easter Party at the studio! 🐣💖

We had such a fun time celebrating Easter with sweet treats & games! 🍬🐰 The highlight of the day was definitely our annual extreme egg hunt. Every class ended with a hunt, and let me tell you… things got pretty crazy this year! 😂

We made the mistake (or maybe the best decision 🤣) of letting the older girls hide the eggs, and they took their job VERY seriously. Parents, you know exactly what I’m talking about! 😂 The hiding spots had everyone searching high and low, and the determination from the dancers was absolutely hilarious to watch.

The egg hunt is always a huge hit every year, and this year was no exception. Between the games, treats, and competitive egg hunting, it was a full week of fun memories and lots of laughter. 🐣💕 thank you everyone that was involved in making this happen for our dancers! I know they had the best time👏🏻🤗

Competition Big/Little Sister Party & Sleepover all in one! 💖

This was the first season we did Big/Little Sisters, and it was an absolute blast! Of course, we had to try the TikTok trend of painting each other—the girls had so much fun with this one! 😂 I would highly recommend it for other studios. The girls kept saying, “We need to stick to dancing, not painting!” 🤣

We also played dodgeball, chicken in the henhouse, made Big/Little sister bracelets, and enjoyed lots of snacks and laughs. One of the biggest hits of the night was bringing back Dance Dance Revolution on the Wii! The girls absolutely loved it and had so much fun competing against each other.💕

This night was definitely needed and was filled with so many memories. Next year, I’ll be much better about posting pictures when things actually happen instead of months later! 😂😅

Our dancers have been working so hard all season and we can’t wait to share their talent with everyone at our 2nd annual recital! Come out and support our amazing dancers — this is a show you do not want to miss! 💙🩰

-Tickets are $5 until the day of recital — then $10 at the door!

ID COMPETITION (2nd round of pictures)👏🏻🤗

We had the best time at ID Competition this weekend! 💃✨ It was our first time attending, and we were so impressed—everything was incredibly organized, there were so many awards, and the staff backstage was beyond kind and helpful.

There was so much talent on that stage, and we are so proud of how well our girls performed. They truly shined—and they LOVED getting the buzzard!!! 🤩👏🏻

This past weekend our dancers participated in the 2026 Dancers Against Cancer Showcase and they did INCREDIBLE! 🤗✨ I am beyond proud of each and every one of them!

This showcase is such a special event and an even more special cause. All proceeds go directly to Levine Cancer - Lincolnton patients, helping families with things like gas, bills, groceries, and other daily needs.

What makes this showcase even more meaningful is that it doesn’t just allow our dancers to perform for a powerful cause — they also bring in judges who provide feedback on each dance before the dancers hit the competition stage. It’s such an amazing opportunity for growth and encouragement!

This fundraiser means a lot to me personally. I know there are families out there right now going through this… and my own family did too with my Aunt Millie, who is missed every single day. 💙🫶🏼

To be able to give my dancers the chance to use their talents to help support their community makes my heart so full.

Thank you so much for always including Modern Motion Academy in this special event. We are honored to be a part of it every year!
