💥 Carolina Carnage: Important Info You NEED to Know! 💥

🚗 Parking & Arrival Info
-We are expecting a HUGE CROWD, so plan your parking wisely! 🅿️
-Green areas on the parking map are roads—DO NOT block them! 🚫
-STRONGLY RECOMMEND CARPOOLING! 🧑🤝🧑
-PIT PARKING: Get there AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE to guarantee a spot in the pits. The lot WILL fill up, and we'll have to cut off vehicles!
-If parking attendants try to send you elsewhere, tell them you're with the Carolina Carnage Demolition Derby and need to be in the pits.
-General Parking: You can use the main fair parking lot and walk to the pit gate. This is your only access to purchase pit tickets.
-Coolers & Chairs: You MAY bring them in! 🥤🪑
⚙️ Driver & Tech Inspection Info
-Gates & Tech Inspection Open: 11:00 AM Saturday Morning ☀️
-First Tech Attempt Deadline: 3:00 PM
-Tech Line CLOSES: 4:00 PM 🚨
-GET THERE EARLY! Don't wait until the last minute to get your flag; you won't have time to fix issues! (We had late drivers last week who missed their chance to run.)
-Late Entry: You can still enter the day of the show in ALL CLASSES!
-Driver Prep: Leave your house with plenty of time for traffic or a flat tire! The earlier you arrive, the better parking you'll snag.
Inspection Rules:
-Have your cars ready to run when you come through inspection (except for the hood being able to open).
-One Driver and one Crew Member ONLY through the inspection line.
-The registered driver MUST come through with the car.
-Automatic DQ: Anyone caught adding anything after inspection.
-Fix-It Sheets: If you get one, bring it back for re-inspection. Losing the sheet means you restart the entire tech process! 📝
-Refunds: No entry fees will be refunded if you do not pass tech.
🏁 Event Schedule & Safety
-Drivers Meeting: 6:00 PM
-Power Wheels Registration Deadline: 5:30 PM
-Power Wheels Trackside: Start heading to the track at 6:40 PM
-Power Wheels Derby: 7:00 PM (Held on the derby track, opposite side from years past!)
-Derby Begins: 7:30 PM 💥
Safety: DO NOT move bleachers, move fence, jump fence, or be inside the fence if you are NOT Carolina Derby Promotions Staff! Keep everyone safe!
🎟️ Ticketing & Pit Access
Only the Driver gets a free pass. Everyone else needs to buy tickets.
No pit tickets were sold in advance.
Pit Admission (Includes Fair Admission - Does NOT Include Grandstands):
-Adults: $25
-Ages 6-12: $10
-Five and Under: FREE
IMPORTANT STANDS NOTE: We sincerely apologize, but the Fair is being strict this year—people from the pits WILL NOT be able to access the grandstands. This is sadly out of our control. 😔
📣 Apparel & Live Stream Warning
Apparel: Carolina Derby Apparel will be sold in the pits at the corner of the grandstand! Get your gear! 👕
SCAM WARNING: THE DERBY IS NOT BEING LIVE STREAMED! If you see any comments claiming otherwise, it is a SCAM! 🚫💻
🌙 Trackside Parking (Friday Night)
Sponsors ONLY: May park around the track before 5:00 PM Friday Night. ANYONE ELSE PARKING BEFORE THIS WILL BE TOWED! 🪝
Non-Sponsors: May park around the track anytime after 5:00 PM Friday Night.
Note: We are not responsible for anything left at the track overnight.
Trackside Buffer: Any vehicle parking trackside needs to leave a 6-foot buffer between the vehicle and the fence.
