Today let hit Chest and Triceps
1. Incline Bench 4*10
2. Flat Bench Dumbbell Press 4*8
3. Dumbell Flys 4*8
4. Hex Press 3*12-15
5. Cable Cross overs! 3*10
6. Tricep Pull downs 4*10
7. Dumbbell overhead extensions 4*8
8. Dumbbell tricep kickbacks 3*10
9. Dips weighted if possible 2*amrap (as many reps as possible)
