Kristen is going to give a sneak preview to and Rev and Flow class this Saturday during REFIT with a couple songs. If you have your own yoga mat and 2-3 pound weights, please feel free to bring them. The Y does have some, but using your own may be easier.

I hope you all are enjoying the wonderful weather. I bring to you bad and good news with class.
😞Bad news: there is no instructor available this week for today, Wednesday or Saturday. and the Y is closed Monday for Memorial Day.
☺️Good news: Laura has been hired at the Y to be a REFIT instructor and is in the process of the paperwork. Once everything is finalized, she can start. We are hoping by next week.
🎉Please congratulate her when you see her in person as she is not on Facebook.
We are very happy she is joining us! ❤️❤️
