Me and my girl took a break from the redfish last week to do a little drift and blind casting for Trout and did not disappoint! Such a fun drift catching fish after fish watching my girl learn how to work a lure and how to land fish!

The older I get, the more I realize these travel fishing trips aren’t actually about the fish. They are actually about strangers turning into friends, stories you bring home, and memories that last a lifetime.

I went to Costa Rica for a rooster fish….. I didn’t get that rooster but I did get a bond with a special group of fishy folks that I will carry long past a grip and grin!

Major shoutout to for bringing this group together in the jungle!
