Short bio:
I am an avid scuba diver, instructor, and underwater storyteller with a passion for developing confident, capable divers. With experience ranging from recreational diving to advanced technical environments, I strive to bring a calm, methodical, and safety-first approach to every dive and every student I teach.
My background includes a wide spectrum of certifications, including Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and Divemaster, along with advanced technical training in Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures, Trimix, and Tec-75. I have also completed training in Cavern and Advanced Wreck Pe*******on diving, enhancing my experience in overhead and complex dive environments. This depth of training allows me to teach not just the “how,” but the “why” behind every skill, helping students develop real situational awareness and decision-making ability underwater.
As the creator of The Deco Stop, I blend my expertise in diving with visual storytelling, capturing the underwater world through both recreational and technical lenses. With real-world experience in varied conditions I can give students a practical, confidence-building edge that goes far beyond standard instruction.
