As many of you know, our friend, Brittany, will be deployed by the Army National Guard on Saturday, October 19, 2024 for an overseas combat mission. Her orders are for 9 months in an undisclosed, not so friendly placed
She has already packed her regulation duffel bag which, of course, does not hold all the things she needs and/or would like to have. I asked her to compile a list of those things in the hopes that her deployment may be a bit more comfortable.
Please look over her list and if your heart is nudged to make a contribution, either monetarily or by picking something up, please let me know so I can keep track.
Anything sent will take approximately 4 weeks to reach her. I will pick up all donations at the gym on Friday morning, November 1, 2024 or I’d be glad to meet you somewhere before then. Feel free to add a little note.
Above all else, never underestimate the beautiful God graced gift of prayer!
