ONE of our client wins from last week:
Christina Shawen got to help her daughter move recently. It was a full day or more of work walking, steps and carrying boxes. She was so excited to share with us how helpful she was able to be because of the strength she’s built over time with us at Impact Fitness Co.

There are experiences in life, like helping with a move, where your body will either be an asset or a liability. Our goal at Impact Fitness Co. is to help people live a CAPABLE for as long as possible. “skinny” won’t do that 🤷‍♀️... be sure to lift some weights in your journey! We’d love to help YOU!

Our Summer Sports Performance athletes got to have their skills tested yesterday! We put them through events to test for speed, power and strength. This data will be used as a baseline then we will retest at the end of the summer to see their progress!
