🌿 Artist Habitat → pugetsoundmusic.org/artisthabitat With a background in applied voice from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Music Theory certificate from Berklee College of Music, and coursework in Audio Production Techniques, I combine te
chnical expertise, artistry, and modern recording technology to create a coaching style that’s both effective and inspiring. I help singers build healthy, expressive, and versatile voices, guiding students from preparing for live performances to mastering the nuances of studio recording. I work across genres and utilize evidence-based techniques to help each singer develop their skills, confidence, and artistry. As a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), the International Voice Teachers of Mixed Voice (IVTOM), and The Voice Foundation (IVF), I emphasize vocal health and longevity while nurturing individuality and creativity. I also teach beginner piano, helping students strengthen musicianship, sight-reading, and overall performance skills. Beyond lessons, I offer songwriting and production guidance, helping singers craft original material and produce high-quality recordings. I coach vocalists on studio essentials—vocal production, stamina, phrasing, and capturing emotional depth—so they can deliver performances that translate perfectly on record. By combining traditional vocal training with modern technology, I empower singers to thrive in any setting, on stage or in the studio. Through my studio, Puget Sound Music LLC, I provide remote lessons, online courses, and personalized recording and production guidance for students, making professional-level training accessible to singers at all levels. My mission is to help every singer reach their full artistic potential, perform with confidence, and develop the skills necessary to sustain a thriving and expressive musical career
