Coaching allows me to help my clients find the 4 P's along their life and family caregiving journey. I have always been drawn to family caregivers. Maybe because my mom was my caregiver, as I was born with a heart disease. Maybe because I have been in the medical field for over 35 years and have talked with some real caregiving warriors. Maybe because I cared for my mom through Huntington's Disease. I believe it's all of these experiences AND it's my life's calling.

I am back! 6 months post liver transplant! I have had a lot of time to take think about family caregivers from so many angles. Especially, having been the receiver. So many thoughts, ideas, and new offerings, focused on how to better serve family caregivers. I'm excited an ready to continue what I've started. Stay tuned for more!

Audacious Abundance was declared last year and with that came Absolute Responsibility. This year, to dig one layer deeper, my 2024 phrase is Untamed Vulnerability!

I am excited to share a project I have created with my friend and coaching colleague, Lisa Waldron! Lisa and I were reading the book, Letting Go: The Pathway Of Surrender, by David. R Hawkins, M. D., Ph. D., when we both realized we needed to share the powerful information and lessons we were learning. So, for the past few months we have been reading, meeting, discussing, re-reading, and designing our inaugural coaching program... Sitting In Surrender: Learning to Let Go!

This is a weekly group coaching program that will dispel how we normally think about "letting go" by taking a deeper dive into the true meaning and process of Surrender.

The coaching sessions begin Wednesday, April 28th and run for 6 weeks.
