WEDNESDAY CLUB RACING IS ON!!!!
The guys got it done last night. Layout is down, just a few little thing to finish. Huge Thank You to all that helped out to get us up and running again. Trackpass is not open yet, but should be on Thursday or Friday with some luck!

We need on more push today starting at 12pm until 9pm to get layout down and everything cleaned up so we can race Wednesday!!! Who can make it?

Rule reminder, only your pit mat and pit board allowed in the pit area. No exceptions with the amount of pit spaces, we need all available at any time and this 100% MANDATORY!!! Please follow this rule!!!

Incredible showing today!!! Thank you all that helped out.

Updated list for Sunday morning 9 to 10am

1. Clean up back room and finish out benches (need white sheets for tops from Home Depot or Lowes

2. Clean up pit bench area and make sure all power strips work and are secured properly

3. Take folding chairs out and set them up Get folding tables out of pod and stacked on top of back racks

4. Figure out where stuff from pods will go and what gets thrown out

5. Wrap poles with protective foam

6. Put up rest of bannerre including podium picture banner

7. Finish out bench along wall on left before entering backroom

8 Finish slat wall in Hobby Shop

Once all of the above is done, put the layout down. Let's get it done so we can club race Wednesday or Friday!!!

Updated List

1 Finish 3 Pit benches with white sheets and outlet strips
2 finish setting up chairs at pit benches that are in the pod next to 18 wheeler Storage trailer.
3 finish tops and storage tops on additional pits near bathrooms
4 carpet rolls taken from Seabrook (all are 48' long) need to be cut in half to 24' and store on top of pits in bathroom area
5 build front of drivers stand wood cover and doors for storage under it. Most items for that are in the cart next to stand. DO NOT ROLL THE CART ANY FURTHER OR IT WILL BUBBLE THE CARPET!!!
6 Mount both loop lines with conduit on track wall all the way to the announcers booth and connect to loop box.
7 cut remander of white pit bench tops, and mount above the white protective sheets on inside of track wall so we don't have to paint.
8 Finish stud wall above Hobby shop door, brace stud wall to tan wall, install the rest of the 1/2 plywood on outside studs. Install slat wall on inside walls from floor up as high as possible with what's there.
9 Build 4 of the shiny silver wire racks for marshals to put cars on. Build one medium wire rack with wheels for screw caelrt and get all screws in tubs on it and organizeed
10 Stack all plywood landers with current step down platforms and ramps against wall next to new section of pit spots in bathroom area.
11Clean up benches, floors etc.

Who wants to club race next week? I know I do!!! We need a big push this week and anyone that can help. Pizza party on Saturday for everyone that comes, 10am start. Wednesday 9am start, the door lock system will be installed tomorrow so everyone can come in whenever to help from the updated list we post tomorrow.
HUGE THANK YOU to Brian Horne for getting the PC, sound and livetime camera set up.

Great progress last night. The goal is to club racr November 4th!!! Let's do this!!!

To do list.

Friday start at 11am
1 get remainder of pit bench tops, screw them to the Tan wall that the carpet is up against. See picture.
2 Screw black 2' high plastic sheets to track wall on straightaway and then the white plastic sheets over them.

Friday and Saturday
Saturday start 9am
1 Get the three drawer cabinets set up near annoucers booth for LCD Signup station. Find counter top for it and put Signup Staion on it.
2 set up chairs at pit benches that are in the pod next to 18 wheeler Storage trailer.
3 set up additional pits at front near entrance.
4 finish Pit benches and outlet strips
5 carpet rolls taken from Seabrook need to be cut in half to store on top of pits in bathroom area
6 set up pits in bathroom area once carpet is cut.
7 move all wood in track area not being used
To back room.
8 Put bench tops on the pits in back area
9 put all scraps into dumpster and organize back area so we can get whatever we're not going to use in dumpster.

Good progress this past weekend. Drivers stand is up, track walls are on and carpet coming tomorrow! We still need a lot done.

To do list.

1Empty storage pod with Jumps and stack Jumps under drivers stand.
2 finish railing on Announcers booth and paint.
3 Get the three drawer cabinets set up near annoucers booth for LCD Signup station. Find counter top for it and put Signup Staion on it.
4 Move rolls of carpet and setup the 24" wide uprights (2 more outside next to pod) with 12' side beams like next to bathroom for pits.
5 cut in loop line channel on subfloor
6 bring in carpet and unroll on subfloor for installers.
7 Install outlet strips on benches
8 set up chairs at pit benches
9 set up additional pits at front near entrance.
10 Remove motor cover from double power door entrance to inspect.
11 Run the loop line from announcers booth to subfloor.

Todays to do list.

1 Get White protective sheets on pit benches.
2 Empty put the storage pod with Jumps and stack Jumps in between all the pits benches.
3 finish covering Announcers both on both sides with 1/4 plywood.
4 Paint Announcers booth.
5 Get the three drawer cabinets set up near annoucers booth for LCD Signup station. Find counter top for it and put Signup Staion on it.
6 Move rolls of carpet onto track and setup the 24" wide uprights (2 more outside next to pod) with 12' side beams like next to bathroom for pits.
