Thank you to our friends at Scranton Half Marathon for supporting the children at East Scranton Little League.

Registration opens Tuesday, September 1st!

Members of the Scranton Half Marathon recently gathered with representatives from Scranton's Little Leagues and Tripp Park Little League Softball for an official check presentation.

A total of $35,882 was distributed among the seven organizations, with each league receiving $5,126. An additional $35,882 from race proceeds was deposited into the Scranton Half Marathon Foundation, which provides grants to nonprofit organizations throughout Lackawanna County.

The Scranton Half Marathon is presented by our friends at Geisinger. Without their support along with yours, this great effort wouldn't be possible.

DRUMROLL! 🥁🎉 Congrats to the 10 youth baseball and softball teams crowned as our 2026 Pinstripe Pals winners!

Ten youth leagues will receive a $500 sponsorship from the RailRiders, a $500 gift card for bread items from Morabito Baking Company, a photo in our GuideRail Program, as well as various on-field, fundraising, and recognition experiences.

📅Registration Dates: July 19 – August 9, 2026

💲Cost will be $50 for all divisions (Coach Pitch, Minors and Majors). There will not be Tee Ball.

🧢Fall Ball is a great opportunity for players to continue developing their skills, gain additional game experience, and prepare for the next season in a fun and instructional environment.

🏟️Whether your child is returning to the field or joining us for the first time, we encourage you to register before the August 9 deadline to secure their spot.
