THE OFF-SEASON IS BACK ๐ค๐ช
We are thrilled to announce some exciting changes to our summer training program this year. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible environment for our athletes, we have moved to a new gym that provides a more spacious training area. We believe that this new setting will help us create an even better training experience for all participants.
One of the key changes we are implementing this year is the introduction of weekly group workouts broken down by skill level. This will allow us to tailor the training sessions to the specific needs and abilities of each group, ensuring that every athlete receives the opportunity to develop their skills to the fullest. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where athletes can thrive and push themselves to new heights.
The first group session will take place on Wednesday, March 6th and is open to students in grades 5-8. To reserve a spot for your child, please send us a direct message with their full name and grade. Spots are limited, so we encourage you to secure your child's place as soon as possible. In addition to the group workouts, we are also excited to offer individual training sessions. If your child would benefit from one-on-one coaching and personalized attention, we are now scheduling individual workouts to help athletes refine their technique, improve their performance, and reach their full potential.
As always, our focus remains on providing intense workout as well creating a positive and challenging environment that fosters both athletic and personal development.
