Personal coaching offered for interested women and men of any level of ability, who are looking to finish their first triathlon, improve their current skills, choose a new triathlon goal or distance, or simply just cross train in the 3 disciplines of swimming, biking and running. Other topics taught include sports nutrition, triathlon transitions, injury prevention, and training in the off-season. Bridget Sherratt is a USAT certified Triathlon Coach, a Nationally Ranked All American triathlete and multiple time member of TEAM USA.
