Member Spotlight: Jamie 💪

Jamie brings a positive attitude, consistent hard work, and the kind of energy that makes everyone around him better.

Since joining StratosFIT, Jamie is feeling more confident, stronger, leaner, better conditioned, and recovering faster. Beyond the workouts, he shared that group training has helped him open up more, connect with people, and continue building his work ethic.

His favorite exercise? Anything with kettlebells.
One word for StratosFIT? Dedication.

Coach & Motivator Ashley 💙

Ashley has been part of StratosFIT since day one, and she’s been essential in helping create the positive, fun, and supportive environment our members and staff love.

Her coaching style is exactly what StratosFIT is about: supportive, motivating, and fun. She brings great energy, genuinely cares about the people she coaches, and loves seeing members show up with positive attitudes and keep making progress.

One of her favorite parts of coaching has been watching Michael, who has cerebral palsy, continue to get stronger and make progress toward walking. That’s the kind of impact that makes coaching so meaningful.

Favorite exercise: Squats
Least favorite: Burpees — and honestly, we get it. 😅

Member Spotlight: Beth 💙

Beth has been putting in the work, and it shows.

Since starting at StratosFIT, she’s proud of improving mobility in her arm after a recent break, lifting heavy things more easily, improving her posture, having more energy, and simply feeling better.

What she loves about StratosFIT is the people — friendly, helpful, patient, and fun coaches, along with members who are welcoming and supportive.

Even on the days she may not feel like coming in, Beth reminds herself that she’ll feel better after — and that taking time for herself matters.

Her advice to anyone thinking about getting started:

“It’s not too late to start. Start small and work your way toward your goals.”

Member Spotlight: Sandy 💪

Sandy’s hard work, dedication, and consistency have been nothing short of inspiring to the people around her.

Since starting at StratosFIT, she’s most proud of one simple but powerful result: she is so much stronger. And that strength shows — not just in the exercises she does, but in the way she keeps showing up, keeps investing in herself, and keeps setting an example for others.

For Sandy, StratosFIT feels like family. The friendships, the coaches, and the time she takes for herself are what keep her coming back, even on the days she might not feel like it.

Her advice to anyone thinking about getting started?

“You can’t go wrong investing in yourself, so just get started.”

Some people talk about consistency. Phyllis lives it. 💙

Since joining StratosFIT in February 2025, Phyllis has missed only 2 or 3 days.

That’s not luck.
That’s commitment.
That’s showing up when it’s easy, when it’s hard, and when nobody is making you.

Phyllis says one of the results she’s most proud of is being able to keep doing what she wants with more stability and balance. And to her, StratosFIT feels like home — another family.

Her advice to anyone thinking about starting?

Start today. Every day matters.

From day one, Billie has been part of the heart of StratosFIT.

Before the doors even opened, she was already showing up, helping build the space, putting in the work, and believing in what StratosFIT could become.

Since then, Billie has continued to help create the welcoming, supportive, encouraging training environment our members know and love. Her coaching is intentional, results-driven, consistent, and always rooted in helping people feel capable, supported, and stronger than they thought possible.

What Billie loves most about coaching is the people, the relationships, and the family feel inside StratosFIT. She gets most excited about the non-scale victories — when members realize they can do something functional in real life that they couldn’t do before.

She has become a leader in our fitness community, not because she seeks attention, but because she shows up, cares deeply, encourages consistently, and helps people believe in themselves.

Meet Scott and Christin! 🌟 In our latest Member Spotlight, we’re celebrating this incredible duo who prove that investing in your future health pays off big time. 💪

Scott dropped from a jean size 46 to a 38 AND got off 4 medications! 👏 Christin is building serious strength, increasing muscle mass for bone density, and improving her flexibility.

Their secret? Showing up, setting new goals, and relying on the StratosFit community for accountability and friendly faces. As they put it: it’s "worth the time, energy, and expense to get real results."
