Congratulations to Waconia Middle School Health and Physical Education teacher Kaylee Damasin on reaching the top of women's tackle football!

Kaylee helped make history on Saturday as a member of the Minnesota Vixen, who defeated the Pittsburgh Passion 42-14 to capture the organization's first-ever Women's Football Alliance National Championship.

Congratulations, Kaylee, and the entire Minnesota Vixen organization on an incredible championship season!

This is well overdue, however better late than never! We have some amazing athletes that we will be highlighting today and further on. Their work and progress coming through our doors needs to be shown! Without further ado...

We are so proud of our General Manager Tim - He is also the Defensive Coordinator of the Minnesota Vixen. He helped lead them to the FIRST National Championship in Vixen history. His defense absolutely dominated the league all season and crush the opponent in the title game 42-14! He was a dominate force in the league and we are lucky to have him with us!

His defense was D1 POWERED by Sophie Culhane. In the championship she basically lived in the opponents backfield recording multiple tackles for loss included a huge hit on the QB that led to a Paige Condie (ANOTHER ONE POWERED BY D1) interception for a touchdown! (Seen in the video attached) Paige had and absolutely dominate game with 2 interceptions and many tackles.

There is one other individual not pictured named Kaylee Damasin who was a captain on the defense. She got the Vixen started from the beginning of the game by recovering a fumble on the 2nd play and advancing the ball further into the other teams territory leading to the Vixen's first touchdown. Kaylee was a significant problem all game but ALSO all season for everyone!

Those three specifically put in the work week in and week out before, during and now after their season! Their work at D1 Savage shows on the field and it shows how important it is to continue working out DURING your season.

Congratulations to these UNBELIEVABLE athletes and we look forward to continue helping you on your journey!
