Individual station work packed with purposeful reps, skill development, and direct feedback from our highly qualified coaching staff with increasing difficulty every day.

🧠 LEVEL UP YOUR MINDSET
Lunch wasn't just a break. Players rotated through classroom sessions focused on goal setting, mindset, controlling the controllables, and developing habits that will impact them long after camp ends.

🤝 LEVEL UP YOUR TEAM
Games, contests, and competitions challenged our athletes to communicate, compete, problem-solve, and work together.

We wanted our players to leave camp tired, proud, more confident, and better than when they walked through the doors.

Because getting better isn't just about putting in more hours.

🏀 Shooting Camp was a HUGE success for our athletes! 🎯

Over four days, every player MADE 150 shots while building better habits, better footwork, and more confidence.

Think about this... 👀

✅ 150 made shots in 4 days
➡️ Do that 5 days a week = 750 made shots a week
➡️ Keep it going for a month = 3,000 made shots!

There's no way that kind of intentional work doesn't make you a better offensive player.

This week we focused on:
🔥 Pivoting on the inside foot
🔥 Shooting off the catch
🔥 Shooting off the pass
🔥 Shooting off the dribble

Of course, we mixed in plenty of competition too! Teams battled in shooting contests, and campers left with new games they can play at home to keep improving. "Beat Michael Jordan" and "+5/-5" were the crowd favorites! 🏆

We keep saying it because it's true:

Stack enough quality reps, and your game has no choice but to improve. 💪🏀

🏀 The Wait is Over... Our Highly Requested Competitive League is BACK! 🔥

This Fall, we're bringing back our Extended Competitive League for players who are ready to take the next step in their basketball development.

Divisions
🏀 4th–5th Grade Advanced
🏀 6th–7th Grade Advanced

Designed for motivated players looking to compete at a higher level, this league features:
✅ AAU-level competition in a local setting
✅ Advanced offensive and defensive concepts
✅ High-level coaching and player development
✅ An environment that challenges players to grow their basketball IQ, confidence, and skill set

Season Details
📅 Tryouts: Saturday, August 15th
🏀 Season Runs: August 15th – November 15th
🏆 Championship Sunday: November 15th
💪 Two Team Practices Each Week
⛹️ Games Every Sunday Afternoon
