⚙️ STUNT LAB STARTS MONDAY!

So, what can athletes expect when they step into Stunt Lab?

Not an hour of simply throwing stunts over and over.

We’re going to work on the pieces underneath the stunt - because strong, consistent stunting starts long before the full skill goes in the air.

⚙️ Strength & conditioning
Building the strength athletes need to support their role in a stunt.

⚙️ Stunt-specific drills
Breaking skills into smaller pieces so athletes can train the mechanics before putting everything together.

⚙️ Body control & timing
Learning how to control positions, move together and understand where each athlete fits within the skill.

⚙️ Technique & progressions
Building skills step by step instead of rushing ahead before the fundamentals are ready.

Then we take those pieces and put them back into the stunt.

STUNT LAB
Mondays | 5:00–6:00 PM
Beginning October 5

Registration is still open.

Already cheering with another program? You can still train with us. No DD Cheer Factory team commitment is required to participate in Academy Classes.
