Congrats to our Teammate of the Month, Mason Becker 🏅

Mason is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. As our Maintenance Assistant, he takes on everything from power washing and furniture repairs to staining, painting, moving furniture, and much more. He even recently saved the Club an urgent plumbing service call by resolving the issue himself. Mason rose to the occasion during the recent transition between Maintenance Managers, taking on additional responsibilities and helping keep Club operations running smoothly. His hard work and can-do attitude make him a valued member of our team.

🤠 Yeehaw! We brought the West to Summit! 🎶🔥

Last Friday, our Members traded their usual moves for cowboy boots and line-dancing footwork at our Western BBQ Hoedown! After five sessions of line dancing led by Gabrielle Thompson, our Members hit the floor and showed off their best moves. 💃🕺

We had all the fixings for a proper hoedown, from fried chicken, collard greens and mac & cheese to tequila and wh***ey tastings, plenty of good music, and a whole lot of country fun.

A big thank-you to everyone who came ready to kick up their heels and make it a night to remember! Until the next hoedown… happy trails, y’all! 🌵🤠

Congrats to our Teammate of the Month, Gustavo Rojas! 🏅

Gustavo is a great example of what it means to create a welcoming experience in the Athletic Center. Working the Member Services Desk and opening the Athletic Center on Wednesdays and Fridays, Gustavo is always ready to greet members with a smile and, more importantly, by name.

Gustavo started the Riddle of the Day and helped bring the Interaction Board to the Athletic Center. Both have become popular ways to create positive interaction and engagement with our members.

You will always see Gustavo with a smile, and his positive attitude and genuine connection with members make a difference every time they walk through the door. We appreciate everything Gustavo brings to the Athletic Center and are proud to recognize him as our Employee of the Month!

Jim, Jimbo, Jimberly, James, JIM!!!! What can I say? There are never enough great things to say about Jim. He truly holds the team together and is always finding projects behind the scenes and getting things done without ever being asked.
You know that guy in the background who somehow magically makes everything happen without anyone even realizing it? That’s Jim! He is constantly going above and beyond, always willing to jump in wherever he is needed, and is incredibly accommodating to our members. And honestly, the easiest way to describe how much people love Jim is that the second his name comes up, everyone’s immediate response is, “I love that guy!” 😂

He is genuinely one of those employees who makes the entire team better simply by being here. Dependable, hardworking, proactive, thoughtful, and always willing to help — Jim is an absolute rock star and such an invaluable part of our team. He is the kind of employee every team hopes to have, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better one!

Two days of competition came down to a down-to-the-wire finish as our Member Member Golf Tournament concluded yesterday with a thrilling Championship 3-Hole Horserace to determine our champions!

Congratulations to Aidan Nguyen & Robert Walker on taking home the 2026 Member Member Champions Trophy! 🏆 They kept their composure under the pressure and sealed the victory with a clean, even-par finish over the final three holes!

A huge thank you to all of our participants for making this year’s tournament one to remember, and to everyone who stuck around to watch the Horserace and cheer on our competitors. 👏
