MuDo Integrated Martial Art

MuDo Integrated Martial Art A martial arts system integrating the use of striking, joint manipulations, throwing and grappling. We offer classes for all different ages.

There is Mini MuSa (3yr to 5yr),
Mighty MuSa (5yr to 8yr),
MuDo Kids (8yr to 13yr),
Teens (13yr to 16yr),
Adults (16yr & up). General Tests are held once a month, on a Saturday at 1:15pm. We offer a FREE TRIAL CLASS:

Additionally, we offer Weapons Class (payment & schedule conditional). These classes teach proper use of the Shinai (bamboo sword), Jō (wood

en staff) and other weapons. MuDo Integrated Martial Art is a comprehensive martial arts system integrating the use of striking, joint manipulations, throwing, and grappling. Central in its practice is the development of the self, defined through the philosophical perspectives of Taoism, Confucianism, and Zen Buddhism.
