Jamie has been absolutely crushing it with her nutrition, recovery, and consistency in the gym. Make sure you get to know her story and give her a high five next time you see her in class 🙌🏽
⚽️ Athletic background:
Played soccer well into adulthood on a moms team called “The Laundry Could Wait.” They went undefeated in their final season before the 2020 shutdown.
🏋🏼♀️ Before CrossFit:
Very little weight training experience outside of some dumbbell workouts, but after having 3 kids, strength and energy took a major hit.
🥾 Endurance goals:
Started hiking and trail running, then joined CrossFit in 2023 to build strength while training for the 29029 Everest Challenge in 2024 — a brutal 36-hour event where participants hike up a mountain, gondola down, and repeat until reaching 29,000 feet of elevation gain.
Jamie completed all 17 ascents and finished in 34 hours 👏🏽
🍎 Nutrition + strength:
Started working with Coach Jenny in April 2025 to dial in nutrition and stay consistent with cross training.
The result?
20 pounds lost, significant muscle gained, and a whole new level of performance and recovery 💪🏽
🤘 Most recently:
Jamie checked another huge goal off the list by completing her first ultra marathon in South Carolina — finishing a 100k (64 mile) race strong.
