Here at CozmoSize, we train many people across a wide spectrum of fitness levels, all with the fundamental goal of optimizing human performance, athletic development, and real-world strength through functional movement. Our unique programming blends resistance training and conditioning to achieve the fitness goals you have for yourself while boosting morale and building community through training.

We are located in Santa Calrita, CA ,specifically in Old Town Newhall, and offer private and small group training.

From the early days…
to the Conditioning workouts… To the Athletic Club facility
to where we are now in downtown Newhall…

Every phase had its people. And if you’ve ever stepped into a session—past or present—you’re a part of this story.

I’m extremely proud of what we’ve built together.

Really grateful for everyone who’s been along for the ride.

🚨🚨 UPDATED SCHEDULE! 🚨🚨 CozmoSize is the SCV's premiere training facility located at 24727 Railroad Ave., Newhall, CA 91321.

We offer private and small group training and would love to help you reach your fitness goals. Clink the LIB to book your free 15-minute consultation call!

Current hours of operation are M-F 6AM-8PM. Private training is by appointment only, and our 1-hour, small group resistance training sessions are scheduled as follows:

M-Th: 6am, 7am, 8am, 10am, 4:30pm and 6pm.

Friday is CONDITIONING day, and sessions are at 6am, 7am, 8am, 10am and 6pm.

Important updates (like additional sessions added to the schedule and upcoming events!) will be shared here, so stay tuned for all the action!
