How are there only about 1% of people on earth who have the body, the money, and the relationships they want in life?
Itās crazy to think about, but a lot of people are settling.
Most people donāt even have the mindset to somehow end up on a newsletter like this because getting information on fitness isnāt something they are even considering.
But letās say even though youāre doing your part to get information to build a healthier life for yourself but youāre still struggling to actually see results.
That can be super frustrating, right?
All this time and effort spent collecting information and going out to apply some stuff but itās either not working for you or you arenāt able to stay consistent.

1. Get some motivated people around you that can inspire you
Letās be honest, if all of your friends donāt work out, or even worse, judge you for trying to work out, then itās going to be nearly impossible to stay consistent.
2. Find a way to have fun with your workouts
Pretty sure we all achieve this a little because we do calisthenics and it makes working out a bit more interesting but really do what you can to make it fun.
Find really cool music to listen to, listen to podcasts, find some dope audio books, bring a friend with you, whatever it isā¦
..make your workouts something you enjoy.
3. Last but not least, find someone that has the results you want, pay them to show you how to get those results, and then do exactly what they say
This is and will always be the biggest key.
Itās the shortcut to pretty much everything you can possibly want in life and will have a dramatically positive impact for you.
