Most people see the fight. Santiago Luna knows the real work happens long before it.
Born in San Diego and raised in Tijuana, ‘BorderBoy’ Santiago Luna built his foundation through Greco-Roman wrestling before making his way into professional MMA and the UFC. That background shaped the way he trains: discipline first, repetition always, recovery just as important as the work.
For Santiago, there has always been a difference between being good and being great. He wakes up every day with the same intention: to be great, to train like no one else is, and to carry the confidence, discipline, and faith that ground him every time he steps into a fight.
For an athlete competing at the highest level, the gym has to support more than strength. It has to support performance, conditioning, recovery, and the ability to show up ready again the next day.
That’s why Santiago trains at Fit.
Because training like a pro isn’t about doing one thing well. It’s about building an environment where every part of the process is taken seriously.
