We’re teaming up with StrongHer Fitness for a morning of movement, sunshine + a whole lot of fun at the park! 💕🌿

Join us for SPIN & SCULPT on October 17th at 9 AM at Glenmore Park! We’ll kick things off with a 45 minute outdoor spin class, followed by a 30-minute core workout led by Stronger Fitness. Two workouts, one morning, one GREAT workout. 💪🏼💗

If Taylor Swift + a good book + girly pop + an absolutely brutal playlist had a baby… it would probably be Taryn’s cycle class. 😂📚✨

Taryn is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, but once those bikes start moving, she does NOT play around. She’ll hype you up, make you smile, maybe make you want to dance… and then suddenly your legs are on fire and you’re wondering why you trusted her. 😅🔥

Her classes are full of all the things we love about her. Sweet energy, fun vibes, a little Swiftie magic, and a workout that will have you leaving sweaty, accomplished, and SO glad you showed up.
