Every Saturday we offer 5 classes (Reformer II, Restorative Reformer I, Oov Mat II, Oov Functional Training II and M.S. Specific) to help kick off your weekend the right way. However, the Salt Lake City Marathon is running right in front of our building this Saturday, which can make it difficult to get to class. If you’re looking for some classes to help clear your mind, we have a couple of unique options that may fit the bill.

Garuda Movement = Thursdays at 11:00am and Fridays at 10:00am - Cost is $30
Garuda is a holistic, organic approach to movement which concentrates on flow and rhythm. It has the clarity and mindfulness of Pilates at its core, the economy of form of Alexander Technique, the self-perception of Feldenkrais, the spirituality of yoga and the joy of dance.

Breathing Embodied = Thursdays at 5:15pm - Cost is $30
The Body is the Medium, Breathing is the Movement. Embodied breath is more than just breathing, it’s a movement class with the focus on striving to maximize oxygenation of the body. This class will provide techniques to increase diaphragmatic efficiency, increase Vagal function, improve posture, and allow the body to efficiently utilize oxygenation for improved immune system and function. It is good for everyone! This class is easily attended virtually each week!

Osteoporosis Myths and Facts...
**Next Week** Thursday April 23rd, 8-11AM, Cost $90

Join the entire Pinnacle Performance and Pinnacle Health Teams for a 3-Hour Workshop

The diagnosis of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia is on the rise, and rampant, particularly in women at a younger age than ever. Why is this happening? What can you do about it? How do you build bone and remain safe while doing it? How does it make you feel? What information do you believe? How do you safely exercise? And how do you continue to thrive as you age with this diagnosis?

The entire Pinnacle Performance team will be available to provide the latest research and information on bone health, exercise safety, familial history, and integrative medicine options to assist in building bone, slowing the process, and supporting your immune system while continuing to enjoy your life!

We will also be providing a 90 min lab experience educating you with modifications that you can make that will keep your bones safe while exercising. Please wear clothing that you can move in!
