Hopping 🐰 into a ton of fun this April! Please note, we will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5!

April 11 :: Bring/Make a Friend Day
All morning classes, both Crossfit and 9Fit

April 11 :: Weightlifting clinic 11 AM to 1:30 PM
Seminar led by Vadim Kozevnikov will serve as a sn**ch-clinic, where Vadim will dive into the theory of the sn**ch movements, then lead the participants in a hands-on sn**ch-specific warm-up. Once everyone is properly warmed up, we will move on to sn**ch variations, sn**ch pulls, and lastly, back squats as a strength accessory to the sn**ch.

April 12 :: Ruck Club 5k departs at 11 am
Free and open to All. Walk, run, ruck… Bring your friends, dogs, strollers, etc.

April 18 :: St Pete Running Co run clinic 10:45 AM til noon Cody, owner of St Pete run company will be on site hosting a run clinic to help with our preparations for both Manion and Murph.

April 20 & 27 :: Gabrielle with Wholesome Experience will be providing free mini massage sessions in the Healing Hut (our outside “shed”). Please sign up at sign-up sheet on the front desk. April 20 session will occur between 730 and 9:30 AM and April 27 sessions will occur between 345 and 5:45 PM.

April 25 :: Manion WOD begins at 9 am
We will have on-site vendors from 8 AM to 11 AM including Savage Coffee, the Burg Nutrition, and Brunch Munch food truck. All are welcome to attend.

Join us EVERY Wednesday night at 6:30 pm FOR FREE for an hour of yoga for athletes with Coach Andrew! Donations welcome
